Ludhiana: A old woman was buried brutally to death by a 22-year-old neighbor, when she was on her way to Gurdwara in Chuharwal Village, in the Meharban area in Ludhiana on Sunday morning.
According to the police, the man accused and his mother suspected the old woman to do magic to them.
Because of this suspicion, the duo of the men also pampered themselves in verbal land with the woman on Saturday night.
The dead woman has been identified as Swaran Kaur, and is accused of being Jaspal Singh Jassa, 22, unemployed, and his mother Satnam Kaur, 46 Chuharwal village.
Gurmel Singh, the sons who had died and eye testimony from the murder stated that according to the daily routine, he and his mother were on their way to Gurudwara in their village at around 6:30 a.m.
on Sunday.

Inspector Lovedeep Singh, Police Station Sho Meharban stated that for the past the family of the defendant had competition with the victim.
Satnam accused accused him of doing magic on him and his family.
They have verbal spat for several times.
On Saturday night, Jaspal and his mother Satnam went to Sawaran Kaur’s house and fought him with the same problem, asked him to admit that he had done black magic on them.
But Swanan Kaur denied the allegations.
“Jaspal Singh was very angry at Swaran Kaur because he did not recognize the accusation and therefore hatched the conspiracy to kill him, along with his mother.
Jaspal chose a kitchen knife from his house and waited for Swaran Kaur on his way to Gurudwara in the village, when he knew that he would go to Gurudwara In the morning.
The defendant stabbed him several times and fled.
The police have arrested the men who were accused and his mother in this case “, added the inspector.
The case below section 302 (murder), 506 (criminal intimidation) and 120- (criminal conspiracy) has been registered with the duo of men by Meharban police.
