Jalandhar: The day after the BJP leader Manjinder Singh Sira resigned from the President of the Gurdwara Delhi Sikh Management Committee, the DSGMC executive who was summoned by Secretary General Harmet Singh Kalka “received” resignation and accusations to work in juniors.
President Kulwant Singh Baath.
But Sirsa held a separate meeting from the executive and read the clarification sought from Gurdwara’s electoral director, the Delhi government, which stated that resignation could not be accepted after withdrawal.
It also became clear that since December 1 that Sire had acted as president despite his resignation.
Both he and Kalka have received that Sirsa actually signed a paper as president.
Sanda has sent his resignation a few hours before joining BJP, for everyone’s surprise in the political circle.
He remained Shiroman Akali Dal President Sukhbir Singh Badal’s Points in Delhi and the switching side was the first big surprise given by BJP to Badals.
Parallel meetings were held – one in the DSGMC conference hall by SANSA and others at the Office of the Secretary General.
Kalka has held an Executive Meeting on December 29 and Sanda attracted his resignation on December 31.
While nine out of 13 members participated in a meeting held at the office of the Secretary General, three members joined SANSA in the DSGMC conference hall.
The executive meeting called by “accepting” Sirsa’s resignation and vice-president of Junior who was authorized by Kulwant Singh Baath to act as DSGMC President.
The executive also provides a resolution that condemns that SANSA’s actions to call the meeting “abuse” DSGMC letterhead.
It also formed a three-member committee to ask “fraud” of running computer land, gymnasium, and a series of shootings at the Hargobind Institute teacher without DSGMC approval.
Kalka said that the executive had sent Sirsa’s resignation to General House because it was ‘accepting’ it.
Both executive members of Led Kalka and Sirsa separately discussed a press conference where they make claims and cons.
Sanda said he acted as president to ensure that DSGMC’s work did not face hiccups.
Reading the clarification sought from the director, the Gurdwara election, he said that his resignation was only acceptable by General House and not by the executive.
“I am not interested in carrying out DSGMC affairs or will be their members and the only purpose of withdrawing from resignation is to ensure that therefore not accepted should have no problems in a smooth function and especially financial problems,” he said.
“If there is no problem in me working as president until 31 December what is the problem on January 1,” he said.
“When Kalka came to the meeting room, I showed him the clarification received from the Director, Gurdwara election, and asked what to do but he left the room,” he said.
Kalka said that they sent a paper to Sanda but he delayed this sign or returned it.
“That’s why we have made a decision to receive his resignation.
He tried to accept pre-ampaf by pulling his resignation,” he said.
