Chandigarh: The Punjab police have told all the police commissioners, SSP, and other officers that the threat of terror attacks mastered the contents of Terror clothing and pro-Khalistan based in Pakistan-based ‘very high’ in the state.
After the explosion Thursday in the Ludhiana court complex, where one person died and six injured, the State Police Chief Office in the communication distributed with the officers said the possibility of an explosion that had been triggered by the IED.
This shows the ‘terror attack’ even though the explosion probe is in the early stages now, communication said.
Punjab Police Headquarters previously also shared a series of inputs on July 9 and December 7, concerning the planned terror clothing and pro-Khalistan for several terror attacks in the state.

All police commissioners, SSP, the range of Igps and Angs have been suggested to involve themselves in the planning and review of security settings and satisfy themselves about preventive measures and prevention taken to avoid unwanted incidents.
Police officers have been asked to allocate additional resources to increase hotspot coverage, to ensure a thorough anti-sabotage examination in and around the vital installation peripheral area and examine the anteceden of people living in the nearest area.
Field police officers are also advised to suggest a wide-armed nights special in the field of all court complexes; Companies related to police, defense and central armed police forces in addition to other vital installations.
Instructions have also been issued for explanations of the quick reaction team in all strategic locations.
