Punjabi producer film was ordered to cheat

Ludhiana: Police, on Monday, ordered a Punjabi film producer for cheating, because he failed to pay Rs 18,000 to the owner of Dhaba in Mullanpur Dakha, Jagraon.
FIR has been submitted four years after the incident.
Rahul Kumar, the owner of Dhaba, said, “In 2017, Vikram Dhillon, film director producer, came to Jagraon to record movies.
Dhillon gets breakfast, lunch, and dinner from Dhaba for himself, staff and crew.
In payment, he is Give me four checks, where I wear three.
“The fourth examination is Rs 18,000.
“Dhillon told me that he would take the fourth check back and pay cash.
Even after the film team left there, Dhillon did not clean the contribution.
I tried to contact him but it didn’t work.
I couldn’t find it because he had stopped payment checks,” he added .
In July 2017, Kumar submitted him to the police to producer-director Vikram Dhillon under Section 420 (cheating) from the IPC.
