Pupjab posts almost 300% increase in Covid in 4 weeks

Chandigarh: Pandemi has begun to spread his tentacles in the Punjab state by recording a massive surge of almost 282% in cases in the past four weeks.

Considering the possibility of the threat of rapid deployment, Indian Election Commission, during a recent visit to the country, has directed the Punjab state election commission to ensure compliance with the norms set.
In terms of norm violations, the Commission has the power to prohibit the default candidate from holding public meetings.
In addition, the actions needed under the disaster management law and the epidemic law will be initiated by the district administration.
