Bhubaneswar: Rath Yatra, Odisha’s largest annual festival is celebrated without the congregation of worshipers in Puri on Monday.
Like last year, the government imposed curfew in the city of Puri to prevent public meetings during the Grand Festival considering the Pandemic Covid-19.
