Chennai: From riding a bicycle along the East Coast road to training at the gym, M K Stalin has established social media with his physical fitness video.
On Wednesday, Minister of Tamil Nadu was facing intense competition in the virtual world of one of the youngest members of his family.
A post became viral when Imphal-based Neroca football clubs were tweeted that they had signed the grandson of Stalin Inban Udhayanidhi for a two-year contract.
Born of actor and Mla Udhayanidhi Stalin and Director Kiruthiga, Inban made him to the team after the 10-day trial at Chennai earlier this month.
This 16-year-old midfielder will now represent Neroca in I-League – one of the main Indian football tournaments – to be held in Kolkata from this December.

Tejashwi Yadav, the son of the former Head of the Minister of BIHAR and the Prasad Yadav, represented his country in first grade cricket, and was part of the Delhi Daredevils squad before him being political.
Inban wants to be a professional footballer, and the teenager said his family had supported his decision.
“I was nervous about and passion about that opportunity.
When Neroca chose me, my parents let me decide whether to travel to Imphal for preseason and stay away from home for five months,” he said.
However, class XII students, have not discussed the aspirations of his football with his grandfather.
“I can meet him only once or twice a week because of his busy schedule.
We don’t talk much about sports.
But I’m sure he supports my decision to become a soccer player,” said Inban.
Love inan for the match began when he was in class V.
When his school then did not have a suitable land for cricket, he began playing football.
After returning home, he used to watch the match on TV and it didn’t take long for Cristiano Ronaldo who all conquered and three winners of Real Madrid’s sequential Champions League to make the unpleasing impression.
“I admire Ronaldo’s aggression and dedication.
I like how Real Madrid midfielder Luka Modric and Casemiro worked hard.
I will watch all real matches and finally oversee their rival matches too,” Inban said.
Inban did not know much about Ileague and ISL and recently he enrolled himself at David Anand’s Football Plus Academy where he had studied the rope.
Inban plans to practice on one of the Real Madrid programs so the pandemic ends.
For now, inban is focused on making an impact while playing for neroca.
He felt if he could perform well, the 17th door of the Indian team might open.
“That’s his dream.
I want to represent my country.
This will make my family happy and proud,” said Scion Scion.
