New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate 341 kilometers of Purvanchal Expressway on Tuesday in the District of Sultanpur Uttar Pradesh.
During the launch, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will land on the Purvanchal toll road in the Hercules C-130J super transportation.
He will also watch Airshow by the Indian Air Force on the air runway 3.2 kilometers, which will allow landing and take off from combat planes if an emergency occurs.
Here all you need to know about the freeway above: * The toll road will allow commuters to drive from Delhi to the far east corner of Uttar Pradesh which borders a little more than 10 hours.
* This is a six lane toll road that can be expanded to eight paths in the future.
* Starting from Chandsarai Village in Lucknow and ends at Haidia Village located in National Highway 31 in Ghazipur (18 km from the up-Bihar border).
* Has been built with an estimated cost around Rs 22,500 Crore.
* The toll road will provide a boost for the development of the eastern economy of Uttar Pradesh, especially Lucknow, Barabanki, Amethi, Ayodhya, Sultanpur, Ambedkar Nagar, Azamgarh, Want and Ghazipur.
* PM Modi has laid the foundation of the purvanchal toll road in Azamgarh.
The new network is on the ExpressesShesbesides Purvanchal, at least three a freeway, in addition to the proposed defense corridor and has operated Agra-Lucknow and Yamuna Expressways, in various stages of completion above.
Since 2016, various toll road projects have been launched in the state, including Purvanchal Expressway, Gorakhpur Link Expressway, Ganga Expressway and Bundelkhand Expressway.
The Uttar Pradesh Expressways Industry Development Authority has been responsible for completing these projects.
After ready, they will provide access to all angles up from the national capital and allow passengers to enlarge the country.
