Albany, New York: New York legislative leaders signed Wednesday that Governor Andrew Cuomo could quickly face the trial of impeachment if he did not resign, while the more prosecutors viewed the findings of investigations that he was sexually harassed at least 11 women.
Cuomo denied that he made inappropriate sexual advances and confirmed the findings did not reflect the facts.
But while political pressure grew, as well as the potential for criminal charges against the third-term democracy governor.
District lawyers in Manhattan, suburbs of Westchester and Nassau and the capital of the state of Albany said they were asking for an investigation material from the investigation, overseeing the Democratic Attorney General General Lingitia James.
James’s investigation found that Cuomo had violated civil law against sexual harassment.
It did not conclude about whether he had to be prosecuted, investigators left the door open for the local prosecutor to bring the case.

He promises his office to “investigate thoroughly and quickly every potential crime” what happened there.
After James released his report on Tuesday, Democrats from the State to the White House called for Cuomo to leave, with President Joe Biden said the governor had to resign.
But he showed no signs of heeding them, by saying that some episodes described in the report never occurred, others were misinterpreted or misparincilized and all contaminated exercises.
“Politics and can be intertwined throughout every aspect of this situation,” he said in a video response recorded.
Democrats assembly, who lead the room, argue virtually for hours on Tuesday about whether to force the governor now, waiting to see if he resigns, or gives the assembly time of the judicial committee to resolve sexual investigations on the topic of the full confusion of the administration Cuomo of the total number of residents of nursing homes who died of Covid-19.
If assembly votes to make Cuomo, the state senate can launch an impeachment trial “in a few weeks,” said Deputy majority Mike Gianaris to the Associated Press.

At least two dozen Democrats Assembly called for an impeachment in public statements issued on Tuesday, according to the calculation compiled by the Associated Press.
Some say the assemblies must choose Impeachment now, while others say the room must put Cuomo if he does not resign.
The Republican leaders will be Barclay urging Carl Hease’s speakers, a Democrat, to hold a special emergency session to choose to force Cuomo.
James’s investigation, which was carried out by two lawyers outside, painted what he called a “clear picture” of a governor who touched or made a comment that was not right sexually for a series of women, many of which worked for him.
One of them was a state police officer who was successfully carried out by Cuomo for his security details.
While many charges against Cuomo involved verbal comments, some women also alleged that he gave them unwanted kisses or touches.
One aide said the Governor won under his shirt and fumbled his breasts at the governor’s house in Albany.
The governor denied on Tuesday that he had touched anyone, said that he had never intended to be dangerous and doubtful about the political motivation of investigators, accusers, and critics.
Until now, Cuomo has rejected the call to fall and has moved forward by plans to carry out the fourth period in 2022.
