Moscow: President Vladimir Putin on Thursday described Russian relations with the United States as “unsatisfactory” but said Moscow was open for dialogue and peak in June with President Joe Biden has opened up space for improvement in bonding.
“Yes, in many bilateral and international questions, interests, evaluations, positions are indeed deviant, because everyone knows, sometimes radically,” Putin said in a broad speech to foreign policy officials in Moscow.
“However, I want to say once again, we are open to contacts and exchange of opinions, constructive dialogue.”
