LONDON: Buckingham Palace said on Friday that Queen Elizabeth II had been advised to rest at least for the next two weeks.
The Palace said in a statement that the 95-year-old king could continue to do light, table-based tasks during this time – including some virtual viewers.
But he won’t be able to travel to a memorial festival on November 13.
“However, it remains a strong intention of the Queen to attend the National Service to remember on Sunday, on November 14,” said the Palace, noted the major in the Monarch annual calendar.
