New Delhi: Court on Monday pulled Delhi police for picking up farmers who only followed their leaders’ calls but did not ask one of the leaders to join the probe until the date of the Republican Day.
Additional Judge Judge Gagandeep Singh said it seems that the investigation was carried out in accordance with the convenience of the investigative authority instead of the legal mandate.
The court previously asked the police to submit a status report on 35 leaders mentioned in FIR.
The court said the report submitted by the police was an attempt to set the problem.
It added an investigative officer to try to play videos stated as the main evidence of the Lakha Sidhana activist but it was not in accordance with Mark.
The court heard the Anticipatory Bail Application Sidhana.
The judge said there was no audio and people did not know what Sidhana said to other protesters.
It asked the right video from the alleged spectrate of the thugs given by Sidhana to be delivered.
It added that the replies of the witnesses passed by a senior officer were also submitted on August 26.
Senior Advocate Ramesh Gupta, appeared for Sidhana, told the court that FIR was registered 12 hours after the incident and 35 leaders were named, regardless of the other Instigator.
However, even though eight months had passed, no one was arrested or asked to join the investigation.
He claimed that the reply submitted by the police was an attempt to mislead the court and convey the main problem regarding the involvement of the actual conspirator.
The GS Public Prosecutor GS Guarkanya additionally, emerged for the police, acknowledged that the report submitted was vague and did not overcome the problem filed by the court.
