R-value at 0.95, T’Gana at the critical point in the Covid battle

Hyderabad: Despite the decrease in Covid-19 Caseload, the value-R Telangana, the reproductive figure shows how quickly Covid-19 spreads, seeing massive fluctuations before settling near 1 in the last few days.
The Institute of Mathematical Sciences (IMSC) in Chennai has projected the current R-values of Telangana at 0.95, a critical point of view for propagation of infection.
Experts strongly suggest that the value of R near 1 can cause positive or negative trends, and continue to follow the Covid-19 protocol important to curb the spread of the virus.
In mathematical terms, the value of R 1 means that if 100 people are infected, they will infect 100 others.
However, in the context of the application, the R value 1 shows a scenario such as the highlands where the amount of recovery is equal to the number of new infections, and may not be a concern if the right behavior is adopted.
According to Professor Situabhra Sinha from the IMSC, which expects R values, the current highland conditions will cause a decrease in case or surge, depending on behavior that is in accordance with the people.
“There is a scenario like the plague because of a massive meeting recently at Himachal Pradesh where the value of R is fired from conditions such as highlands.
There may be other surges in other areas including Telangana as well if a similar outbreak occurs,” he said.
There is fluctuations in the value of R in Telangana for the past few weeks, but the exact reason cannot be demonstrated because it depends on several factors, he told toi.
According to experts, behaviors that fit Covid with vaccination people play an important role at this time.
“Many vacuine recipients do not realize that they can contribute to the increase in kasel.
They may have increased protection against severe infections with vaccines, but they will infect vulnerable populations with mild infections they carry,” Dr.
Subhodh Kandamuthan, Head of the Center, Health Care Management , said the College of India (ASCI).
On the other hand, for the first time, the state government is conducting an antibody survey in 30 countries.
The National Institute of Nutrition (NIN) had previously conducted an early survey of Sero in Jangaon Regency, Karameddy and Nalgonda.
From the third week of this month, 600 samples from 30 remaining districts will be collected for an antibody survey.
Officials plan to increase their preparation for the third wave based on findings.
Serosurvey was previously carried out by NIN in four stages, the newest where in July this year.
