Hyderabad: A broken gambling racket in a farmhouse in the suburb of the pragnapur city in Rajiv Rahadari on Wednesday night by Siddipet police.
Twenty-five people, mostly entrepreneurs from Hyderabad, Nizamabad and Gajwel, were arrested in the attack.
The police confiscated Rs 10.4 lakh and 26 cellphones from the defendant.
The police raided the farmhouse after being tip.
“We raided the Alok farm house on the outskirts of the pragnapur where the defendant arrested was found to have gambled,” said Gajwel ACP M Ramesh.
ACP urges people to tell the police at 100 if they see gambling in their area.
The case was registered under the gaming law against the defendant which was then produced in front of the court for HEAKICIAL REMAND.
