Mysuru: Warning activists have dug the mafia involved in falsifying Nandini Ghee produced by the Karnataka Milk Federation by mixing it with low-quality Dalda.
Officials from the Department of Health Department’s food security department registered in connection with the incident.
According to Mymul MD BN Vijay Kumar, he received complaints from locals who alleged that Nandini Ghee was being faked by mixing it with low-quality Dalda, on Thursday morning.
“We warn the police and inspectors of the food immediately, who rushed to the place and grabbed Ghee and the falsified equipment used for forgery,” he explained.
MyMul MD asked customers not to panic and buy Nandini products from authorized Nandini agents and dealers.
According to the police, the incident was reported from the police limit of Mysuru South.
“The officials we visited the place and launched an investigation.
The Ministry of Health officials also investigated this problem,” police said.
