Letter: A 23-year-old man was arrested for allegedly raping a 11-year-old girl in a public toilet in the Varachha area letter on Monday night.
The defendant who was identified as Santosh Chauhan was reportedly luring the girl by offering chocolate.
According to the Varachha police, the rape victim regularly went to help his mother, who chose garbage, which he sold for money.

The incident occurred around 8:30 a.m.
on Monday when the girl was busy picking garbage from her mother.
Taking advantage of this situation, the defendant lured him with chocolate and took him to a public toilet where he suspected of raping him.
When the nearest shopkeeper saw the defendant out of the toilet, they became suspicious.
Meanwhile, the girl also arrived at the toilet complex and saw minor crying for help.
A Varachha police station team rushed to the place and arrested the defendant identified by the girl and the shop owner.
Chauhan is charged for rape and sexual violence under the Indian criminal code and under the protection of children from the Sexual Act (Pocso).
