Rahul Gandhi urged Congress workers to help the rainy people in Kerala

New Delhi: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Monday asked Congress workers to help people affected by heavy rain in Kerala.
Gandhi, who is Lok Sabha MP from Wayanad in Kerala, also asked them affected to follow the safety guidelines.
“Our brothers and sisters in Kerala are challenging heavy rain.
I begged congressional workers to help with all possible ways.
Please be careful and follow all safety guidelines,” he said on Twitter.
Heavy rains continued to destroy the parts of Kerala on Monday that affected the Thiruvananthapuram district, Kollam and Kottayam mostly, which resulted in the death of three people and damaged property.
The Indian Meteorology Department has issued alert to Ernakulam, Idukki, Thrissur, Kozhikode, Kannur and Kasarago.
