New Delhi: Congress Leader Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday met with Chhattisgarh Minister Bhupesh Baghel and Minister of Health TS Singh Deo in a marathon session in the midst of cracks among those caused by leadership.
Gathering, which includes General Secretary General in-Charge for Venugopal and the state responsible P Lunia, met after Singh Deo’s strong encouragement to make CM by replacing Baghel.
However, Punia told reporters that the problem of leadership changes was not discussed.
All leaders say they will adhere to leadership decisions with indications that there may be no change guard.
Congress officials said the three-hour discussion turned out to be a feedback session on governance and suffering complaints by two senior members of the Chhattisgarh government, while discounting the possibility of Baghel be replaced.
Deo claims leadership has agreed to share the term between him and Baghel and Post CM must come to him after the settlement half of the recent reign.
However, Congress leaders and Baghel have repeatedly denied such arrangements.
