Speaking of the case of Raj Kundrra, the Bombay High Court will hear its guarantee application on Monday.
Kundra, who was arrested in the alleged case of a pornographic racket, has alleged that his illegal arrest.
He was arrested by the Branch of Mumbai Police Crime on July 20 and was placed in police detention until July 23.
After hearing a court recently, the guarantee was rejected and the prisoner was extended until July 27.
