Patna: With the intention of overcoming passengers during Diwali and Chhath Puja, the train has decided to restore the three-pair of special train services on the Saharsa-Saragarh route, Darbhanga-Harnagar and Sonepur-Samastipur who fell under the jurisdiction of East train East (ECR).
It has also issued an advisor for passengers to strictly follow the Covid safety protocol.
According to the Head of Public Relations (CPRO) Rajesh Kumar (CPRO), Saharsa-Saragarh Demu Special Water Passenger (05523/05524) will continue its services from November 1.
This will leave Saharsa every day at 4.45pm and reach Saragarh at 6.50.
Then, it will leave Saragarh at 7:30 p.m.
and reach Saharsa at 10pm.
Similarly, Darbhanga-Harnagar’s special passengers (05591/05592) will be restored from 1 November will leave Darbhanga at 9.35 in the morning and reach Harnagar at 12:15.
Then, it will leave Harnagar at 3.15pm and reach Darbhanga at 6:20 a.m.
on the same day.
“Sonepur-Samastipur Special Passenger (05511/05512) will leave Sonepur at 4.08 in the morning and reach Samastipur at 8:30 a.m.
Then, it will leave Samastipur at 7:30 p.m.
and reach Sonepur at 11.55 a.m.
on the same day,” said CPRO to this reporter.
Meanwhile, the train gave a certificate to 76 people who managed to undergo skills development training under the ‘Rail Caushal Vikas Yijna’ in three centers – coach coach workshops coach Harnaut, Samastipur training workshop and the upadhyaya training center of PT Deen Dayal in Mugalari.
The training program began in these centers on September 19 and was successfully completed on Thursday under the supervision of experts.
