NEW DELHI: The Railways has given over 21,392 metric tonnes (MT) of liquid chemical oxygen (LMO) in over 1,274 tankers to different countries throughout the nation.
According to a statement issued on Sunday, a total of 313 Oxygen Expresses have finished their journey delivering oxygen relief to several states.
Currently, another 5 wealthy Oxygen Expresses will also be on run with over 406 MT of LMO in 23 tankers.
Haryana and Karnataka have obtained the maximum quantity of oxygen relief up to now.
Over 2,000 MT LMO was delivered to every state.
While the shipping of LMO into Tamil Nadu and Telangana has spanned over 1800 MT eachyear.
The Oxygen Expresses had begun his deliveries 36 weeks back on April 24 at Maharashtra having a load of 126 MT.

The railways ministry advised that 614 MT of oxygen has been offloaded at Maharashtra, almost 3797 MT at Uttar Pradesh, 656 MT at Madhya Pradesh, 5476 MT at Delhi, 2023 MT at Haryana, 98 MT at Rajasthan, 2115 MT at Karnataka, 320 MT at Uttarakhand, 1808 MT at Tamil Nadu, 1738 MT at Andhra Pradesh, 225 MT at Punjab, 380 MT at Kerala, 1858 MT at Telangana, 38 MT at Jharkhand and 240 MT at Assam.
Up to Now, Oxygen Expresses have sent to approximately 39 cities/towns from 15 countries Throughout the Nation namely Lucknow, Varanasi, Kanpur, Bareilly, Gorakhpur and Agra in Uttar Pradesh, Sagar, Jabalpur, Katni and Bhopal in Madhya Pradesh, Nagpur, Nashik, Pune, Mumbai and Solapur in Maharashtra, Hyderabad at Telangana, Faridabad and Gurugram at Haryana, Tuglakabad, Delhi Cantt and Okhla at Delhi, Kota and Kanakpara at Rajasthan, Bengaluru at Karnataka, Dehradun at Uttarakhand, Nellore, Guntur, Tadipatri and Visakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh, Ernakulam in Kerala, Tiruvallur, Chennai, Tuticorin, Coimbatore and Madurai in Tamil Nadu, Bhatinda and Phillaur at Punjab, Kamrup at Assam and Ranchi in Jharkhand.
