Rain Havoc: 42 Dead, 6 Lost in Kerala since October 12

Thiruvananthuram: As many as 42 people have lost their lives and six reported missing in the incident related to rain in the state of 12-20 October, Chairman of the Pinarayi Minister Vijayan said on Wednesday.

The minister’s chairman said the local body must take volunteer assistance that has taken part in Covid-related activities.
There are 7,800 volunteers in the field now.
Police have launched the control room in all districts and vigils will continue, he said.
