Panaji: After a portion of Maharashtra was flooded because heavy rains caused by heavy rain on Thursday which also disrupted road transportation, inter-country bus operators were forced to take alternative routes and even cancel scheduled trips for July 22.

Similarly, Kadamba Transport Corporation (KTC) currently only operates the Interstate bus to several locations in Karnataka and does not have a bus to Maharashtra Destinations until August 1.
