Mumbai: Some parts of Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai received a moderate rain spell to intense on Thursday.
The Indian Meteorology Department (IMD) has issued a yellow warning for Sundays that show heavy rain in Mumbai and Thane.
Meanwhile, IMD in a daily bulletin on Thursday predicted heavy rainfall in places isolated over Maharashtra.
On Thursday, IMD’s Mumbai Center issued a heavy rain warning for Raigad, Ratnagiri, Sindhudurg, Nasik, Ahmednagar, Pune, Satara, Sangli, Solapur, Kolhani, Aurangabad, Parbhani, Jalna, Beed, Hingoli, Nanded, Gadchiroli, Chandrapur, Gadchiroli, Chandrapur, Gadchiroli, Chandrapur, Gadchiroli, Chandrapur, Gadchiroli, Gondia, Nagpur Latur and Osmanabad.
