Patna: Patna and several parts of the country witnessed spacious rainfall, storm and lightning on Sunday.
The Indian Meteorology Department (IMD) has expected more rain throughout the state for the next two days.
Patna received 77.2mm rainfall between 8:30 a.m.
and 17:30.
The IMD has issued a yellow alert to heavy rain in several places in the state on Monday.
Dinesh Kumar Bharti, a weather resident, said light rainfall was happening in many places in the north and southeast of the state in the last 24 hours.
Other officials at Patna Meteorological Center said the northern and south of the country, including Patna, will continue to receive rainfall.
