PANAJI: The new low pressure area tends to form on the northeast and adjacent East-Central Bay Bengal around the night on September 24.
It’s likely to move towards Odisha beach for the next 48 hours.
As a result, minor rainfall activities are very likely to continue above Goa in the coming days.
Over the past few days, the state has experienced an increase in rainfall activities because the low pressure area above Bengal’s western gangetic, which has now moved from Southeast Jharkhand and the environment.
“A trough of this system to Telangana, across the Odisha interior, looks between 1.5 and 3.1 km above the average sea level,” said IMD.
