New Delhi: Rains put a part of the national capital on Saturday afternoon bringing mercury down.
The Indian Meteorology Department (IMD) has issued a yellow warning for Delhi for Saturday, predicting light rain or the goal.
Rain witnessed in the northeastern part of North and Central Delhi.
The city on Saturday recorded a minimum temperature of 26.1 degrees Celsius, normal for now this year, said IMD.
The city recorded 0.7 mm rain in the last 24 hours.
Relative humidity is 88 percent, he said.
The weather department has estimated the heavens that are generally cloudy with light rain during the day.
The maximum temperature is expected to settle around 33 degrees Celsius.
With AQI 67, air quality is in the ‘satisfying’ category, real-time data from the Central Polution Control Agency at 9.05 shows.
Aqi between zeros and 50 is considered ‘good’, 51 and 100 ‘satisfying’, 101 and 200 ‘moderate’, 201 and 300 ‘poor’, 301 and 400 ‘very poor’, and 401 and 500 ‘severe’.
