Hyderabad: The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) was flooded with 300 SOS related to rain after heavy rain for two days throughout the city.
According to the Planning Community of the State of Telangana (TSDPS), the city recorded rain of up to 50 mm in the last 48 hours.
Heavy rain throughout the day causes large water logging, drainage overflow, trees fall in many regions.
In accordance with the data distributed by GHMC, between July 21 and July 22, 274 complaints related to rain recorded where 35 was resolved at the war footing and 239 was being delayed on July 22 night.
From them, 138 related to Overflow Drainage, 39 related to water logging, 42 on road repairs (holes) and 39 related to fallen trees and branches.

Those who lived in downstream, lowland areas were alert after additional gate of the Himayathsagar reservoir was appointed on Thursday night.
Meanwhile, (IMD), Hyderabad estimates that the rain is likely to subside from July 24 and dry weather conditions will likely win until the end of July.
After that, light rain until moderate in an isolated bag can be expected.
