Bikaner: Sriganganagar police arrested 13 farmers, including two farmer leaders, for allegedly blocking the convoy of Minister of Vasundhra Raje and waved a black flag three years ago on Tuesday.
The farmers have held protests demanding water for irrigation, among others, in the case of three years old.
The defendant was produced in front of the ACJM court in Padampur and returned in the custody of the judiciary.
The farmers claimed that they had voluntarily gave an arrest at the police station.
Padampur Station Sho Ramkesh Meena said 13 farmers were ordered to allegedly allegedly violating Z-plus security, preventing public servants from the task of use, and carrying out murder attacks during Gaurav Yatra from former CM Raje.
The complaint was submitted on September 7, 2018.
The case was registered under Section 307 (murder attempt), 147 (RIOTING), 149 (Assembly violate Law), 332 (voluntarily causing public wounds in disposal of tasks), among others.
Six farmers were arrested the following day.
Raje came to Srianganganagar as part of Gaurav Yatra in 2018.
The farmers held a protest who demanded the reconstruction of the Firojpur feeder in Ganganagar.
They want to meet Raje, but he left without meeting them.
When he reached the canal area in Padampur, the farmers waved a black flag, resulting in clashes with the police.
