Raj: 21-year-old dead after stray bull bicycle hits

Jaipur: A 21-year-old young man died after livestock lost hit his bicycle near the Marg Haldi Ghati in Sanganer, which led to his death on Thursday at the hospital.
The victim’s family, Idenitfied as Om Prakash, a resident of Pratap Nagar, on Friday filed a brilliant at the accident police station where they accused that a bull had accused the bicycle, causing a fatal injury.
Investigation Officer (IO) Gajanand said that the victim’s body was handed over to the family after post-Mortem, “he worked with a food delivery company and passed Sanganer when around 9:30 a.m., a wild bull hit his bicycle,” he said, adding that the suspected bull had come from Service path before crashing into a bicycle.
The family in their pine to the police alleged that the bull suddenly appeared on the road and came to collect Om Prakash’s bicycle, the last tried to turn around but he could not save himself.
Om Prakash was injured critically before he was transported to the Jaipuria hospital emergency unit, he had several internal injuries and the doctors there said he had died.
The family also claimed that the civil body did not put a signboard in the area to warn the driver of the threat of the presence of wild livestock on the road.
Based on the case of the family, a FIR was submitted to people who were not named below the part 279 (rash driving), and 304a (causing death) IPC.
“We found livestock hair on the front side of the victim’s bicycle,” said Gajan and Toi.
The FIR said that Om Prakash applied the brakes but the bull appeared out of nowhere and crashed into a bicycle.
