Jaipur: Phagi police on Tuesday arrested three people posing as courier men and robbed the family at Gun Toeft at the end of the night of the night.
According to DSP, Dudu, Ashok Chouhan, the police arrested three accused of being involved in robbery while one of their hands was still large.
The police have registered the defendant as follows Sagir Ahmad (28), Aslam (19), and Sharukh (25).
While Aslam was a native population of Tonk Regency, two were accused of another resident of Renwal in Jaipur.
Chouhan said that the police arrested the defendant in 48 hours after the crime and the team were looking for the remaining suspects in this case.
The police said that the incident took place on Sunday night when a complainant, Surendra Kumar Jain had gone to his shop after dinner.
Some were accused of posing as a courier man who knocked Jain’s house with the pretext to give some items.
The defendant then threatened his wife and Jain’s son-in-law with weapons and valuables looted including the gold chain.
In accordance with the police, one of the women tried to catch charges with his shirt but the latter managed to escape.
Family members then raised the alarm after one local resident tried to follow the defendant, a fight immediately broke out and the defendant fell from their bicycle.
