Raj Arjun, who made a sign with ‘Secret Superstar’, was all set to describe the role of Sai Baba in the upcoming MX player series, ‘Sabka Sai’.

‘Sabka Sai’ looks pretty promising.
How did you come to the board for this series? Honestly, I don’t know what happened in my life.
I just went with the flow and took anything that came in my way.
I was looking for an interesting and interesting project but I didn’t know that someone would offer me a spiritual enlightening personality.
Brijesh Khanna has seen my previous works; He must have visualized me in Sai’s role.
I have to tell you, I was offered to play the role of Sai Baba twice before this in two months but I did not take it because I was not ready, spiritually.
I play various characters by going into different zones.
I want to explore the new zone but I need time.
I thought I would build myself in one zone first and then think of one more.
But when I passed the script, I really liked it because it had touched several aspects of Sai’s life that had never been explored before.
Personally, I believe that he is an enlightened personality who used to care about others and do good to others.
I used to visit Shirdi for the same reason.
However, I don’t know anything about his life.
I think it will be honored to pass so much of Baba’s life experience in one of my life through the series, so I took the offer.
I have done enough roles to receive hatred, abuse and negative.
I think it’s time I did something to accept love.
Even though I have taken hatred and abuse as a praise for the actor in me, I also felt that another aspect of the actor’s personality I also had to receive equal praise.
I feel blessed to be part of this project.
I haven’t chosen to play ‘Sai’, he has chosen me.
How do you prepare a role? When I boarded the project, my homework began.
It doesn’t matter if I have received a script or not, I started my preparation work.
Characters start living with me throughout.
I went through scripts several times and made a note.
I approach characters at different levels every time and in the process, I also explore myself too.
For my character ‘Farookh’ in ‘Secret Superstar’, I used to have non-vegetable food and gain weight, but for this role, I used to eat once a day and slept in my room.
I put up a lot of Sai’s pictures across the wall in my house.
Contrary to my other role, I did not work on my speech and body for this one.

Given the type of time we live now, where people are often offended by religious content, are you skeptical before taking this role? If my story and character play a touch of my heart, I don’t think too much about taking it.
Some people will like you, others won’t.
You can’t keep thinking about everyone.
It all depends on your perception.
I believe in the philosophy reported by Sai Baba and I will not do anything that will oppose it, so no one is skeptical.
I am an actor and I believe in doing my work with fully honesty.
