‘Raj Builds Infra Medical for 25 Years Needs’

Jaipur: The government has begun to build strong health infrastructure in the state, keeping the needs of the next 25 years, which can handle pandemics such as Covid-19, said Health Minister Raghu Sharma on Thursday.

“The health department is now planning To increase the oxygen generation in the state to 1000 metric tons every day for that purpose.
More than 40,000 oxygen concentrators have been purchased and 400 oxygen plants are being installed.
Sharma said that 332 public health centers (CHCS) throughout the country have been identified to strengthen health care facilities.
Drive Vaccination against Covid has also collected steam in the state and is now 60% of the qualified population has received the first dose, while 20% have received the two doses.
To provide a boost for medical education, 15 medical colleges have been approved for the past two years in the district.
It has also helped increase the number of MBBS seats, he said.
