Jaipur: Rajasthan Secondary Education Council (RBSE) will conduct a board exam for grade 10 and 12 from March 3 after the Covid-19 guidelines.
This was decided at a meeting of the high-level examination committee held on Monday under the leadership of the Minister of Education BD Kalla, putting speculation of rest on whether the Board exam would be held this year due to the increase in Covid cases.
More than 20 lakh students are expected to take the exam with a total of 6,074 centers.
About 2,874 home keepers and around 830 police units will be deployed for successful and safe tests.
About 300 centers, including 60 central collection / distribution of answer sheets and sensitive exam centers / hyper-sensitive, will be monitored by CCTV.
To ensure physical distance in all centers, the number of students will decrease and the settings are made for masks and sanitisers.
Strict action will be taken against deceiving candidates.
The Minister also said that practical examination for class 12, starting on January 17 this month, will be held on schedule and only local teachers appointed as designed.
Pawan Kumar Goel, the head of the additional school, the Ministry of Education, said that all department officials will do all efforts to carry out tests in sequence, safe and fair in coordination with all relevant departments.
The Board of Chairperson of Secondary Education DP Jaroli said that as in 2020, this year the Board was fully prepared to succeed in conducting council checks.
