Jaipur: In the midst of the all-round attack by the opposition parties to the farmer’s land auction in Rajasthan, the Chairman of the Ashok Minister Gehlot on Thursday issued orders who direct officials to stop commercial banks from land sales farmers who cannot pay for loans.
After the elimination of acting difficulties, commercial banks, which are under direct control of Bank India’s reserves, attach and auctioned agricultural land.
A statement issued by the Office of the Minister of Chief (CMO) stated that the state government had released agricultural loans at the Cooperative Bank and urged the Indian government to release the same thing in commercial banks through one-time completion.
The state government is also ready to offer its part in this effort, he added.
“Our government has graduated from the Bill in the State Assembly which seeks to stop farmers’ agricultural land auctions for up to five hectares.
But, the bill has not become a law because the governor has not given him.
I am sad that such a situation has increased because this law has not seen light on that day , “CM said in the statement.
“I hope this bill will be approved soon,” he said.
Meanwhile, BKU leader Tikait Rakesh met with Farmers Dausa, whose land was allegedly auctioned by commercial banks on non-loan payments, on Thursday.
MP BJP Kirodi Lal Meena, accompanied by farmers, protested the auction outside the head of the minister here.
The party accused that farmers were forced to commit suicide because the Congress government failed to release agricultural loans that violated the election manifesto.
