Raj: Edu registration is higher up but the growth rate falls

Jaipur: The country recorded a 5.26% increase in registration in higher education during 2019-20 to 2020-21, data issued by the State Higher Education Department.
Although registration jumped from 11.96 lakh to 12.59 lakh, the growth rate fell from 7.18% (2019-20) to 5.26% (2020-21).
Experts refer to an increase in ‘achievements’ because locking causes high quantities of school breaks throughout the state.
“Credit for growth goes to the state government to repeatedly expand the deadline in being followed by continuing the scholarship program and opening a new college when the nation is in the midst of uncertainty,” said Puneet Sharma, a higher education expert.
