Jaipur: As the election of Zila Post Pramukh and Pradhans in six districts ended on Monday, the powerful Congress won 49 Pradhan Post out of 78 followed by BJP with 25.
Loktantrik Rashtriya Party (RLP) and independent respectively.
While three Zila Pramukh posts went to Congress, the other three went to BJP.
While the BJP opposition won Bharatpur, Jaipur and Sirohi Zila Parishads, the powerful Congress won Jodhpur, Dausa and Sawai Madhopur.

In Jodhpur, Congress’ Leela Maderna won the position of Zila Pramukh by beating BJP Champa Devi with a five-voice margin.
In Dausa, Heera Lal Party Congress won the position of Zila Pramukh by defeating BJP Neelam Gurjar with margins from three votes.
In the Sawai Madhopur, Sudama Congress became Zila Pramukh by raising BJP already Devi with a nine sound margin.
At Sirohi, Ram Arjun BJP won the position of Zila Pramukh by riding Congress’ Harish Choudhary with a margin of 13 votes.
