Raj got his first female judge from the lawyer quota

Jaipur / Jodhpur: While two lawyers were given oath as a judge on Friday, the High Court of Rajasthan received the first female judge of a questioning quota in 72 years of history.
Although the High Court had 10 previous female judges, no one came from the question of lawyers.
Borana together with the Advocate Sameer Jain and Judicial Officers Uma Shankar Vyas managed by an oath by the Chairman of the High Court of the Akil Kurshi on Friday.
Borana, after starting his career as an advocate after his father’s steps, had worked as a general advocate general in the court’s main seat in Jodhpur since 2019.
Born in 1973, he has broken racial examination in 1995-96.
Pending results and allied service offers pushed him to take his career as an advocate to follow in the footsteps of his father.
He completed LLB in 1997 and was the peak of LLM.
He had started his training below at that time senior advocate of Dinesh Maheshwari who was later elevated as a judge.
Since 2000, he likes independent practices.
It can be noted that Rajasthan High Court has seen 10 female judges since the foundation in 1949 but none of them from advocate quota.
Associating the selection as a high court judge to all those who helped in his journey as an advocate, especially parents and justice Dinesh Maheshwari who worked with him.
“There are great opportunities for women in the field of justice.
They must advance and become a pioneer in helping poor people and needing to facilitate justice for them,” he said before his oath.
He said that the early days were full of struggles where he took college and together with his studies and also worked as an anchor in Akashwani.
“Hard work is a must to achieve the goal,” he said.
