Jaipur: The personnel department has announced the rules for appointment of contracts after a recent cabinet meeting that has changed the rules to employ employees’ contractuals.
In these rules, the provisions of the recruitment of contractual employees, their elimination has been clarified.
Recruitment will be carried out contractually only at the posts that are unusual.
In new rules, there are provisions to regulate contractual work after screening by the committee only after setting posts, but the old service will not be calculated.
The department cannot make employees remain a contract for more than five years.
After settlement of a five-year contract, it can be extended once for three years.
The appointment will be considered to end at the end of the five-year contract period.
The government department will employ contract employees after the Ministry of Finance’s approval.
Contract employees can be deleted by giving a three-month notification or a three-month salary.
In terms of service it has been terminated before time, a month’s salary for every year for many years the appointment will be given as compensation.
Employee recruitment must be used as public advertising and selection procedures will be determined by the relevant administrative department.
Reservation SC, ST, OBC, the EWS will apply in a contract promise.
The age limit will be at least 21 years on January 1 and a maximum of 40 years.
Someone over 60 years cannot be employed on the contract.
People who have two children after 2002, also will not get a job on the contract.
Women in the general category get five years and categories that are reserved to get 10 years of relaxation.
