Jaipur: The state government on Sunday has decided to submit a trial and speech investigation that was disrupted by a small child case in Alwar to the Investigation Bureau (CBI).
The incident involved a little girl who was injured in her personal part found on the flyover in Alwar on January 11.
Immediately the state government will recommend the central government for CBI investigations, a official statement released by CMO.
The decision was taken at a high-level meeting led by the head of the Minister of Ashok Gehlot almost from his residence that day.
It happened a day after Gehlot hinted that investigations could be submitted to senior police officers, CID, Crime Branch or CBI if the family demanded.
However, it is not clear whether the family has demanded the CBI probe or not.
The incident triggered the main political controversy from Day 1 with BJP called the incident like ‘Nirbhaya Delhi.
‘National spokesman for Sambit Patra and Pos Shahzad Poonawala highlighted the incident on Twitter to Viral.
BJP President Satish Poonia formed a savings delegation to visit Alwar on January 12 which was dragged by the Secretary General of the Priyanka Gandhi Congress who was in the Arches of Madhopur celebrating his birthday with his family into controversy.
The trench leaders including MP Rajya Sabha Kirori Lal Meena protested outside the Gandhi Hotel demanding her statement on the incident in January 13.
From the beginning, this case had seen several ups and downs with the police initially claimed that was a brutal rape in January 12.
Even doctors at Jl Lone Hospital claimed not to see such an injury in their lives signaling a gang rape case.
This case took -guru on January 14 when Alwar SP Tejaswai Gautam called an urgent press conference at Alwar at night to put aside the rape of a little girl.
He quoted a medical report conducted at the J Lon Hospital triggered a storm in a political circle.
BJP quickly called a rotten game and demanded the CBI investigation into this case.
The party called protests across the state on January 17 demanded the CBI probe.
