Jaipur: Chairman of the Minister of Ashok Gehlot has approved a proposal to provide subsidies for the sale of electric vehicles according to the battery capacity and recharge the GST country to the buyer.
This step aims to encourage electronic vehicle operations from the point of view of environmental protection.
Along with this, the supply of additional budgets of Rs 40 Crore has also been approved for this.
According to the proposal, 2.5% GST is currently paid in the state can be recharged with the sale of electronic vehicles.
Also, on the sale of two-wheeled vehicles, subsidies starting from RS 5,000 to 10,000 Hospital will be given according to the battery capacity of 2 kW to 5 kW and rs of 10,000 to rs 20,000 for tricycle according to the battery capacity of 3 kW to 5 kW will be provided.
