Ajmer: The man who killed his two daughters, attacked his wife and tried to commit suicide last week made another effort to take his life in a sub-prison from Beach on Monday.
He was taken to the Beawar Hospital.
The prison administration said that they guarded allegations of the defendant who was still depressed.
On July 14, Ajeet Cheeta (28), a resident of the Bhwanikheda colony in Kharwa Village at Highway Ajmer-Beawar, killed his two daughters, Anita (7) and Angel (5), and attacked Kavita’s wife (27).
He then tried to commit suicide.
The police saved Ajeet and Kavita, but their two daughters died.
Ajeet was hospitalized and sent to sub-prison for killing his daughter.
Police said since he was unemployed and depressed when his wife lay on the bed.
He decided to kill the whole family and attack his wife first and then killed his two daughters.
Then he cut his wrist but was saved by the neighbors and the police.
The police said on Monday morning, when he was taken out of the barracks, he found a rock and he hit a stone on his head and began to bleed.
The prison staff first gave him first aid and then took him to the hospital where he was given stitches.
The prison administration said above the direction of the court, special vigilance was stored at Ajeet and he shifted in the barracks where other prisons helped watch him.
The prison administration said the defendant did not realize that his two daughters were no longer.
He thought they were in care.
Therefore he did not want to face them and tried to take his life.
