Jaipur: Following an ugly argument, two jewelry throws acid on complaining customers at the Saurur on Saturday.
In the attack, two people, Nemi Chand Pancharia and Tolaram suffered burns on the eyes, nose, hands and their feet in the city of Sribalaji in the Trayur district.
In the change of a unfortunate event, the two customers have visited the jewelry store to complain about the poor quality of the jewelry they have bought from the same.
The two victims have submitted a case of attack on jewelry at the Sribalaji police station.
According to the police, Raghuver Panchariah customers in his complaint stated that his father Nemi Chand Panchariah bought several gold ornaments from a jewelry store located in the city of Sribalaji a few days ago.
“Suspecting that the amount of gold did not reach Mark they approached jewelry to find their refund of almost Rs 40000,” said a senior police officer Sribalaji on Saturday.
The police added that after Nemichand and one of his family members, Tolaram reached a jewelry store on Friday night, verbal confrontation began between the two parties, followed by the exchange of rude words.
This turns into violence when both jewelry is identified as Labhchand and Sundarlal throws acid on those who lead to burns.
“The victims underwent a medical examination.
We have registered a case of attack and has begun investigated into this problem,” the officer said.
