Jodhpur: Former MP Nagaur Jyoti Mirdha has submitted a case against his uncle Bhanu Rakish Mirdha and former Minister of Tourism Usha Poonia together with the others, accusing the apropriation of his shares in the Parental property.
In a complaint registered by the Chopasni Housing Board police station with a court order, the former MP has accused his uncle, as well as a former MP, Bhanu Prakash Mirdha sold a portion of 50 BIGHA land in the Chopasni area of Ram’s father Niwas Mirdha.
This property is famous in the city as a Mirdha farmhouse and bears the great market value today.
His grandfather, who was famous at Rajasthan State Politics as ‘Baba’, was used to stay here until his death.
“Since then, the younger brother of Uncle and his father Bhanu Prakash Mirdha has lived here.
In 1988 he sold a portion of this property from his father’s share of Bharwar Lal for the purpose of housing development,” he accused his complaint.
He further stated that because they were only two daughters of his father and lived out of Jodhpur, they never knew about this development.
Taking advantage of their absence, his uncle made no objection certificate at the time, Jodhpur brought his fake signature his father 6 months before his death in 1993 and got it into his name and got it from agriculture to the housing land.
He claimed that after his father’s death, his mother Veena Mirdha inherited this property and heritage came to him and his sister Hemshweta after his mother’s death.
Justifying the delay in submitting this case, EX-MP said that he learned about this apropriation in 2018 during the division claim in court.
After that, he moved the petition to the Chairperson of JDA, who left repentance in March this year.
In his complaint, he had given 13 names including his uncle Bhanu Prakash Mirdha, Minister of Former Tourism Usha Poonia, his two daughters, the daughter of the former IPS officer Firoz Khan, whose members of the community were formed for this purpose, including the sub-registrant (first).
