A director of one of the companies Raj Kudrra was arrested in connection with the case of pornography on employers on Thursday, the city police said.
Abhijeet Bomble, a director of one of Kundrra’s company, was arrested by the Crime Police Crime Mumbai, said an official.
Kundrra, who was married to the Shilpa Shetty actor, was arrested last month for allegedly producing and distributing pornographic films through the application.
Related violations registered at the Malvani police station on the 25-year-old complaint model who accused that he was promised a role in the film shorts and web series, but on behalf of the thick scene, he was forced to do naked scenes.
The bomble was named after one of the defendants, in this case, police official said.
Meanwhile, when Kundrra in detention was extended after the session court on Tuesday postponed the hearing of guarantees until August 20.
The court’s decision to postpone the trial came after the branch of crime was reportedly registering an increase in business assurance.
According to reports, the crime branch told the court that Kundra did not work together in this case and if given a guarantee, he might commit more evil or even try to escape from the country.
The victims in this case were women from poor financial backgrounds and, if the defendant came out on a guarantee, they may not advance with important evidence, police said.
Not later than the actress of the legal difficulties of Gehana Vasukth in this case, the court session rejected the pre-arrest bail application.
His lawyer Sunil Kumar said, “The bail has been rejected but now we will move HC after we get a copy of the order.”
Gehana previously said that he faced a problem because he came out to support Raj Kundra.
He argued that he and Raj never made porn content as expected by people and police.
