Actress Sherlyn Chopra finally released an official statement about the arrest of Raj Kundra in the case of pornography.
Shilpa Shetty’s husband was arrested on July 19 by Mumbai police since he was named the ‘key conspirator’ in this case.
He released a video statement where he revealed that he was the first person to give his statement to Maharashtra cyber cells.
He refused to provide further details because the investigation is currently underway.
Sherlyn also dug Poonam Pandey when he recently reacted to the arrest of Raj.

Previously, Poonam released an official statement that reads, “At this time my heart went to Shilpa Shetty & his children.
I can’t imagine what to go through.
So, I refused to use this opportunity to highlight my trauma.
The only thing What I will add is that I have filed a police complaint in 2019 against Raj Kundra and then registered a case in the honorable Bombay High Court to it for fraud & theft.

He has transferred a high court Bombay to apply for a criminal case against Kundrra and his colleagues, who collaborated with him for the application.
Meanwhile, the crime branch has recovered 70 videos shot by former PA Umesh Kamrra with the help of a different production house.
Raj was arrested on July 19 and was returned to police custody until July 23.
His colleague Ryan Thorpe was also arrested by Mumbai police on the same day.
On Tuesday, Kundrra’s lawyer fighting in court that it is not true to classify content as pornography.
He also objected to the application of Part 67A from the Information Technology Law on sending obscene content in electronic form along with other parts regarding pornography because this law considers “sexual relations” as vulgar content.
The lawyer then said that the police followed what the web functions today – vulgar content.
However, it is not classified as porn.
He added that there was nothing in this disposal which showed that two people were spoiled in intimate relationships.
Therefore, it cannot be called porn.
