The businessman Raj Kundra had been extended after the session court on Tuesday delayed the hearing of guarantees until August 20, at the cost of production and uploaded pornographic content.
Her husband actress Bollywood Shilpa Shetty, has been detained since July 19.
But the 14-day judiciary ended on Tuesday, however, the court delayed hearing after the branch of the crime was reportedly registering 19 reasons to oppose it.
According to a report in the middle of the day, the crime branch told the court that Kundra did not work together in this case.
When their investigation continued, they said that many evidence had not been collected while allegating that more witnesses and victims would advance to record their testimony.

Opposing guarantees, the crime branch noted that when Kundrra was an influential person, he might ‘damage the evidence’ and ‘influenced witnesses’.
They also showed that because he was a British citizen, they could not rule out the possibility that he escaped from the country.
The Investigation of Kiran Officers Bidve said in the answer that Kundra destroyed a lot of evidence before his arrest and quoted that he could remove more evidence, if given a guarantee.

The answer also accused Kundra controlling the hotshots application, through London-registered Kenrin Limited, which belongs to his brother-in-law Pradeep Bakshi.
By stating that Bakshi now also wants in this case, they claim that Kundra might affect it.
According to the report, the police also quoted the rejection of Kundrra’s request, challenging his arrest, by the Bombay High Court.
