Raj Kundra was sent to Judicial Detention for 14 days

Mumbai: City Crime Branch Investigates Pornographic Cases involving employers Raj Kundra said the controversial app hotshot has produced Rs 1.17 Crore from Apple to download alleged porn content from August 2019 to July 2020.
Kundra was sent to 14-day trust resistance.
The previous crime branch said that after the hotshot application was removed by YouTube, Google Play and Apple, Kundra made another application called Bollyfame.
It is said that the account that contains cash to RS Nada 1.13 Crore has been frozen.
The police in the disposal of Plea said because Google has more users, they expect more income to be produced from there.
Requests have been sent to Google for information via email, said the application.
The police believed in Kundra Pradeep Bakshi’s brother was only a Frontawan for Shell Kundrra.
Hotshot is owned by the Bakshi Kenrin company, registered in England.
Police believe Kundrra has been involved in the production and distribution of pornographic videos.
Through the technology company named ARMS Prime, he has developed several applications, including hotshots which are then sold to Bakshi, allegations.
Although Kundra sells the application and resigned from ARMS Prime, he continued to be involved in daily application activities and was handled by former PA Umesh Kormat, who was arrested in this case in February.
During the investigation after the arrest of Gehana Vasisth, Roya Khan and Tanveer Hashmi, it was revealed that all the accused was used to make pornographic films for one Yash Thakur aka Arvind Srivastav, who used to run a similar application called Flizmovies.
The investigation revealed that Thakur had registered the application on behalf of the wife of an intelligence officer with a pretext of award-winning short film.
But the police have not found the relationship between Kundra and Thakur.
In 2019, Thakur contacted the clerk and started the application.
Meanwhile, officers found a 1.4 crore Rs transaction in his wife’s account, which was handled by Thakur.
When the clerk checked the application, he was surprised to find pornographic content, and he retreated.
New then Thakur allegedly started a new application called Nueeflicks which he registered in the US.
The police said they had issued a red angle notice against Thakur.
Police said new victims had advanced and recorded his statement.
Lawyer Kundra Century Ponda and Subhash Jadhav submitted a petition of a bail.
This will appear to hear on Wednesday.
The request said Chargesheet had been submitted in this case and thus, there were no cases made against Kundra.
Furthermore said there was no evidence to show Kundra involved and his name was not even displayed in the initial probe.
The buyer’s order said Kundrra had not worked with an investigation because he refused to sign the notice released for him.
His wife said, the statement of the film Shilpa Shetty Kundra was recorded and their residence search was conducted.
