Jaipur: After swimming continuously in Covid infection, there was a small increase in cases, because 17 people were tested positive for viruses in the state on Friday, bringing the total calculation to 9.54,068.
However, no death was reported because of Covid.
The victim of the country toll is at 8,954.
Also, 13 districts in the remaining state with zero active cases and total active cases are now 111.
Jaipur continues above in terms of fresh Covid cases because seven cases are reported from the city.
The area from which cases reported included, C-Scheme, Jhotwara, Mansarovar, Sanganer, Shastri Nagar, Sirsi, Vaishali Nagar.
Jaipur was attended by Alwar and Udaipur, where three cases were reported.
Likewise, one case was reported from Ajmer, Hanumangarh, Jodhpur and Rajsamand.
“For the past one and a half months, the situation is truly under control where patients with fewer severity (symptoms) will come.
There are also no deaths reported this month so far,” said an officer with the Ministry of Health while quoting number.
Authorities, link this with a large-scale vaccination program in the state.
“In the state, more than 1 crore have completed their two doses and this is also one reason why there is no big surge in this case.
