Mumbai: Entrepreneurs of Raj Kundra, were accused of cases of pornographic content, on Saturday moving the guarantee application in court in Mumbai, claiming that he was made “scapegoats” and that there was no single evidence in the additional cost sheet of him being actively involved in the creation of alleged Questionable content.
The crime branch, investigating this case, recently submitted additional load sheets against Kundrra and the other three in this case related to alleged creation of pornographic films and published them through several applications.

After that, the defendant approached the metropolitan court for guarantees, by saying that the investigation in this case was practically over.
Kundra, husband of Bollywood actor Shilpa Shetty, was arrested on July 19 after being ordered under the relevant IPC section and information technology law.
He is currently in court detention.
In guarantee, submitted through Prashant Patil Advocate, Kundra claimed that there was no one proof because of the date with the prosecution that would connect the ‘HotShots’ application with a violation under the law.

As per the probe agent, the hotshots application is being used by the defendant to upload and drain obscene content.
Plea Bail also said that there was no single allegation in all additional costs of the Petitioner today (Kundra) that he was actively involved in any video shooting.
In fact, it is a single policy of individual artists to upload their content on the application, said the request.
The contents of the complaint did not reveal violations of the prime-facie against Kundra, said the application.
Further claimed that Kundrra was involved in this case.
He was not named in FIR and he had been dragged by respondents (police), he added.

For the reason best known as the investigation institution, he was being made a “scapegoat”, he said.
The investigation has so far clearly indicated that Kundra was not involved in violations even in the most remote way to create alleged “questionable content”.
Furthermore, he was not even related to the process of uploading or broadcasting the alleged content questioned, the defense guarantee added.
